Innovation and creativity to give charitable relief to law enforcement professionals and families
The New Jersey Police Relief Association is offering a scholarship assistance
program. Members in good standing are considered eligible to apply if they are the parent or guardian of a student enrolled in an accredited school.
Awards are based on scholastic merit, economic need, and the applicant’s stated goals. Each applicant must supply High School, College, and or vocational transcripts. They are not required to be law enforcement hopefuls, but must pledge to complete the program to which they are applying and earn their degree or certification.
The NJPRA President and Committee members will review applications, and select the recipients of awards based on members. The review process is anonymous, and applicant’s names and other identity information will not be disclosed to those on the committee.
Recipient of awards must maintain at least a 3.0 grade point average (GPA) in order to
retain this scholarship from year to year. Transcripts of their current grades must be submitted to the committee at least once a year before March 1st of the coming year.

Completed Applications must be postmarked by March 1st in order to be considered
for that year.
